Kathmandu Metropolitan City has published the results of the scholarship entrance examination conducted for students seeking admission in institutional schools under the scholarship quota for the academic year 2082/083 (2025/26) in Grades 11 and 12.
According to the Education Department of the metropolis, a total of 17,229 applications were received from all 77 districts across the country. Among them, 16,137 students were shortlisted, and 14,173 students appeared in the examination.
The entrance exam was conducted across 54 examination centers. The exam was based on the Grade 10 curriculum and included 100 multiple-choice questions — 30 each from Mathematics, Science, and English, and 10 from General Knowledge.
There was no negative marking in the exam, and a minimum of 40% marks was required to pass.
Students can check their results by logging in to the online system using the provided password and credentials.
