Nepal has won the ‘Digital Fan Engagement of the Year’ award under the ICC Global Awards.
The award was presented during the International Cricket Council (ICC)’s annual conference held in Singapore on Saturday. This is the second consecutive year that Nepal has received this prestigious recognition for its outstanding efforts in digital fan engagement.
The award was received by Cricket Association of Nepal (CAN) officials — President Chatur Bahadur Chand, Secretary Paras Khadka, and Treasurer Padam Khadka — who attended the conference.
Earlier, the ICC had nominated Nepal as the winner from the Asia region for the ‘Digital Fan Engagement of the Year’ category.
Other regional nominees for the award included Namibia from the Africa region, Bermuda from the Americas, and Indonesia from the East Asia Pacific region.
