Legendary Wrestling Star Hulk Hogan Dies at 71

Renowned American wrestling icon Hulk Hogan, born Terry Gene Bollea, passed away at the age of 71. Hogan, famous for his long blonde hair and iconic mustache, died on Thursday at his home in Florida.

Hogan began his professional wrestling career in 1977, but rose to global fame after signing with the World Wrestling Federation (WWF) in 1983, which later became World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE).

In recent years, Hogan was known as a staunch supporter of former U.S. President Donald Trump. Trump expressed his condolences on his social media platform Truth Social, saying, “I lost a great friend today.”

Hogan underwent neck surgery in May and heart surgery in June of this year. Over more than four decades, the WWE superstar left a memorable impact on millions of fans worldwide.
