Tribhuvan University’s Institute of Engineering (IOE) has announced the opening of online exam form submissions for various Bachelor-level programs (B.E./B.Arch). The Examination Control Division of the institute recently published a notice informing students to complete their exam forms by 22nd Shrawan for the upcoming examinations scheduled in Bhadra.
Regular and partial examinees under the new curriculum for first and second year second semester, as well as third, fourth, and fifth year first semester students under the old curriculum, are required to fill out the exam form. Students can submit their forms online through the ‘Bachelor Level Login’ available on the official website: exam.ioe.edu.np.
While filling the form, students must upload a recent passport-size photo with a plain background showing both ears clearly, along with their updated signature on the online portal.
After submitting the online form, students need to pay the specified exam fee and submit the voucher along with the payment confirmation slip to their respective campuses for form verification. Campuses are required to approve the submitted forms within 24 hours of receipt.
Students who miss the deadline of 22nd Shrawan can submit their forms by paying a late fee until 29th Shrawan.
If students still fail to submit their forms within this extended period, they may contact the Examination Control Division in person by 2 PM on 2nd Bhadra under special arrangements.
