Nepal Communist Party (Maoist Centre) Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’ and Nepal Communist Party (Unified Socialist) Chairman Madhav Kumar Nepal held a meeting at Prachanda’s residence.
According to Alok Rayamajhi, a Standing Committee member of Unified Socialist, the discussion focused on the latest political developments in the country, leftist polarization, a review of national and international political situations, efforts to unify communist forces, the impact of global power struggles, and the performance of the current government.
The two leaders also discussed the possibility of cooperation and unity between the Maoist Centre and Unified Socialist, including matters related to ideological foundations and procedural approaches for potential unification.
