New Delhi, July 29 – India’s capital, New Delhi, and its adjoining regions are witnessing heavy rainfall, leading to waterlogging and severe traffic disruptions across many areas.
Torrential rains have been reported in Ghaziabad, Noida, Gurugram, Faridabad, and Greater Noida. The continuous downpour has caused several roads to flood, significantly affecting normal vehicular movement and causing traffic jams in multiple locations.
In response to the intense weather conditions, the Meteorological Department has issued a red alert for Delhi and the National Capital Region (NCR), warning residents to remain cautious and take necessary precautions.
