The Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) index witnessed another decline on Thursday, falling by 31.50 points to close at 2922.63.
According to NEPSE, shares of 318 different companies were traded today, with a total of 36,871,244 shares exchanged, amounting to a total transaction value of NPR 15.98 billion.
Among the top gainers, shares of Trade Tower Limited and Nepal Finance rose by 9.99 percent, while Corporate Development Bank saw a 9.97 percent increase. On the other hand, Bhugol Energy suffered the highest loss, with its share price dropping by 7.10 percent.
The highest transaction volume was recorded by Himalayan Reinsurance Limited with NPR 1.33 billion, followed by Nepal Reinsurance with transactions worth NPR 753.5 million.
