In the Nepali market, the price of gold on Thursday approached Rs 200,000 per tola. According to the Nepal Gold and Silver Traders’ Association, the price of standard gold reached Rs 199,400 per tola, up from Rs 199,000 per tola on Wednesday, marking an increase of Rs 400. Meanwhile, the price of silver also rose, climbing from Rs 2,345 per tola on Wednesday to Rs 2,355 per tola on Thursday.
