The Kathmandu-Muglin road section at Satakilla in Thakre Rural Municipality-7, Dhading, which was blocked by a landslide, has been reopened.
The road had been obstructed since Wednesday night after mud and debris from the landslide covered the section. Authorities cleared the debris, allowing traffic to resume.
Earlier, vehicles heading from Kathmandu towards Muglin were stranded at Khanikhola due to the road closure. With the clearance, two-way traffic has now resumed along the Prithvi Highway.
