Power generation at the Chilime Hydropower Plant has been halted after an issue in the national transmission line near Grang, Kalika Rural Municipality-1.
According to the plant management, electricity supply was stopped after the fault was detected. A technical team has already departed from Kathmandu to Rasuwa to repair the damaged tower, with the aim of resuming operations by this evening.
