An earthquake struck Ramechhap, with its epicenter near Bhatauli, this afternoon. According to the National Seismological Centre, the quake occurred at 2:14 PM and measured magnitude 4.0.
Earlier, on Asoj 1, an earthquake with a magnitude of 4.6 had struck the border area between Eastern Rukum and Baglung, with its epicenter near Patihalne Bhanjyang.
