Nepal Rastra Bank has announced the foreign exchange rates for today. The buying rate for one US dollar has been set at NPR 141.56 and the selling rate at NPR 142.16.
The buying rate for one Euro is NPR 162.86 and the selling rate is NPR 163.55, while one British Pound has a buying rate of NPR 185.06 and a selling rate of NPR 185.85. Similarly, one Swiss Franc is valued at NPR 175.09 for buying and NPR 175.83 for selling.
One Australian Dollar is traded at NPR 92.06 for buying and NPR 92.45 for selling, one Canadian Dollar at NPR 100.60 and NPR 101.03 respectively, and one Singapore Dollar at NPR 108.45 and NPR 108.91.
The buying rate for 10 Japanese Yen is NPR 9.22 and the selling rate is NPR 9.26. One Chinese Yuan stands at NPR 19.87 for buying and NPR 19.95 for selling. Likewise, one Saudi Riyal has a buying rate of NPR 37.74 and a selling rate of NPR 37.90, while one Qatari Riyal is valued at NPR 38.84 for buying and NPR 39.00 for selling.
One Thai Baht is traded at NPR 4.35 for buying and NPR 4.37 for selling, one UAE Dirham at NPR 38.54 and NPR 38.70, one Malaysian Ringgit at NPR 33.72 and NPR 33.87, 100 South Korean Won at NPR 9.85 and NPR 9.89, one Swedish Kroner at NPR 14.83 and NPR 14.89, and one Danish Kroner at NPR 21.81 and NPR 21.91.
The buying rate for one Hong Kong Dollar is NPR 18.21 and the selling rate is NPR 18.29. One Kuwaiti Dinar is valued at NPR 460.57 for buying and NPR 462.52 for selling, one Bahraini Dinar at NPR 375.47 and NPR 377.06, and one Omani Riyal at NPR 367.67 and NPR 369.23.
The buying rate for 100 Indian Rupees is NPR 160.00 and the selling rate is NPR 160.15.
The bank has stated that these rates may be revised at any time as per necessity. It also mentioned that the rates of commercial banks may vary, and the latest updates are available on the respective banks’ websites.
