Leaders of the Netra Bikram Chand ‘Biplav’-led Nepal Communist Party (NCP) have reached the Election Commission today to begin the party registration process for the upcoming elections scheduled for Falgun 21. Party spokesperson Khadga Bahadur Bishwakarma, Karnajit Budha, and other leaders arrived at the central office of the Election Commission in Kantipath along with lawyers and the required documents for party registration. Cardamom exports increased by 33 percent in the first quarter (Shrawan–Ashoj) of the current fiscal year 2082/83. According to data from the Department of Customs, exports of cardamom grew compared to the same period of the previous fiscal year. As per the department, Nepal exported 1,072 metric tons of cardamom worth NPR 1.67 billion (1,67,91,75,000) by the month of Ashoj in the current fiscal year 2082/83.
