Kathmandu, 29th November | In today's second match of the Nepal Premier League (NPL) 2025, Janakpur Royals set a target of 146 runs for Sudurpashchim Royals. The match, held at the Tribhuvan International Cricket Ground in Kirtipur, saw Janakpur win the toss and choose to bat first. In their allotted 20 overs, Janakpur scored 145 runs for the loss of 8 wickets. Sanjay Krishnamurti made a significant contribution with 50 runs, while Jan Nicholas Lofty Eaton added 39 runs.

In the second match of the Nepal Premier League (NPL), Chitwan Rhinos defeated Karnali Yaks by 4 wickets. After losing the toss, Karnali batted first and set a target of 167 runs for Chitwan. The Supreme Court has postponed the hearing on the interim order regarding the appointment of the Madhesh Province Chief Minister to Monday. The parapet and floodlights constructed at the Tribhuvan University Cricket Ground have been officially handed over to the Cricket Association of Nepal (CAN). The Federal Secretariat Construction and Management Office under the Ministry of Urban Development handed the structures to CAN through the National Sports Council (NSC).
