Jeep Accident in Bajura Claims Two Lives, 12 Injured

A tragic jeep accident in Bajura has claimed the lives of two elderly individuals and left 12 others injured. The victims have been identified as 73-year-old Baza Rokaya and 75-year-old Bijura Rokaya, both residents of Synyabada, Himali Rural Municipality–5. According to the District Police Office, Bajura, the accident occurred around 9 a.m. on Thursday when a jeep (registration number 03001 Ja 0338) traveling from Kyudi to Dhulachaur veered off the road near Kyudi and fell approximately 250 meters downhill. Two Teenage Sisters Found Hanging in Bhaktapur

Two teenage sisters have been found dead by hanging in Bhaktapur. According to police, 17-year-old Menuka Kandel and her 15-year-old sister, Srijana Kandel, originally from Panchapuri Municipality–8 in Surkhet, were discovered hanging in Madhyapur Thimi Municipality–8, Bode, Bhaktapur. The sisters were found on Thursday morning hanging from an iron rod in the passage of the ground floor of a two-storey house owned by Chakradhar Prajapati in Sintitar, Bode.
