Mayor of Lumbini Cultural Municipality, Sajrudin Musalman, has passed away. He died at his residence at 9:00 am today following a heart attack. He had long been suffering from heart-related illness, according to family sources. Coordinator of Lumbini Cultural Municipality, Tulsi Ram Lamichhane, informed that his funeral will be held at the local cemetery at 5:00 pm today in accordance with tradition. Musalman was elected mayor of Lumbini Cultural Municipality representing the Nepali Congress party.

Baglung, Aug 30 – Continuous rainfall has blocked the Baglung section of the Kaligandaki Corridor, a national pride project. Four teenagers went missing after drowning in the Khutiya River in Kailali today.
