Elderly Couple Found Dead After Landslide in Parbat

An elderly couple who went missing after a landslide in Langdi, Maadi Rural Municipality-3, Deurali of Parbat district, have been found dead. According to Inspector Ram Prasad Sapkota of the District Police Office Parbat, the bodies of 76-year-old Chhabilal BK and his wife, 76-year-old Bishnumaya BK of Modi-3, were recovered from the debris. The couple had gone missing after being buried by a landslide triggered by continuous rainfall since last night. Local residents and police conducted a search operation and recovered the bodies buried under the landslide, Inspector Sapkota confirmed.
