A passenger aircraft carrying about 50 people crashed on Thursday in a remote and densely forested area of Russia’s Far East, with all aboard reportedly killed. The Soviet-era twin-propeller Antonov-24 plane went down in a thick jungle, and videos released by media and investigators show no signs of survivors at the crash site. A total of 47 Nepali women attempting to travel to Kuwait on a visit visa without proper clearance (NOC) have been deported from the Indira Gandhi International Airport in New Delhi, India, and returned to Nepal. The women were intercepted at the Delhi airport in coordination with the Nepali Embassy in New Delhi and brought back to Nepal via land route on Thursday night.
