Kathmandu, July 29 – Shyam Bahadur Khadka, Minister for Water Supply, Energy, and Irrigation of Bagmati Province, has resigned from his post. Khadka, who was appointed from the Nepali Congress, submitted his resignation on Tuesday to Chief Minister Bahadur Singh Lama Tamang.
